About Us!

From the first day that we opened our doors in 2021, we have been overwhelmed by the love we have received from Orleans and areas all around. It turns out that our customers were as eager to find premium ice cream as we are to serve it. Each of our flavors is one-of-a-kind; at once inventive and familiar, indulgent and delicate, textured and smooth. Whether you try our ice cream on its own or in one of our creations, you’ll grin from ear to ear.

¨I started Sadie's Sweets in 2017 when I was just 11 years old. When I started I sold at local dirt bike tracks out of a canopy and a small freezer. I sold prepackaged Orange Leaf and Cake Pops from a local bakery, I was pretty successful. After a year with the canopy, I got a concession trailer. I got my trailer in 2018, and I still sell out of it to this day! Once I got my trailer, I started setting up at local festivals. I got to meet so many new people! In Early 2021, my dad and I started looking into an actual building. And here we are now with Hometown Scoops! I'm now 17 years old and we have grown so much since 2017!
